Refund policy

Statutory Warranty

 

All products purchased in our store are covered by the statutory warranty under Art. 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). In the event of a defect, you are entitled, for 2 years from receipt of the product, to repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

 

Right of Return and Withdrawal

 

Swiss law does not provide for a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts (online purchases). Therefore, customers with a delivery address in Switzerland have no right to return or exchange beyond the statutory warranty.

 

For customers with a delivery address in a European Union member state, a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the product applies under EU consumer protection law. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and, where possible, in its original packaging.

 

Excluded from return or withdrawal: personalized items, sealed hygiene items once the seal has been removed, and items which by their nature are not suitable for return.
